Kere Puki

Kere contributes a rare mix of executive leadership, information technology, entrepreneurial skills to H^CK. As an experienced technical strategist and problem-solver, he activates the power of technology to take clients from A–Z.

Kere is an industry leader in the development and customisation of artificial intelligence (AI) for businesses of all shapes and sizes. He has managed large in-house development teams, and built, scaled and sold his own digital-impact companies too.

Kere prioritises efficient execution. He has been known to conceptualise an app on a Friday afternoon and have it designed, built and in testing mode by Sunday. An early adopter by nature, he is always exploring what’s new, what’s next and how it can be applied in practical, commercial ways.

Above all, his strengths are communication and sharp business acumen, paired with deep technical expertise. He never loses the room and stays calm and methodical in a crisis. A tech wizard you want firmly in your corner when things go awry or need to fly.

Kere studied Computer Science Otago University in Dunedin and a Bachelor of Information Technology at Southern Institute in Invercargill.

He currently heads up our sister technology company Wai Tech Managing Director, while remaining available for selected projects and ongoing services through H^CK. His primary focus right now, is the launch of ARC — exciting times.
