H^CK is now seven years old. A project which started during the highs of first-time motherhood, with a whole lot of heart and vision, not long after this photo was taken.

Kids are a powerful marker of time. Now with two boys in our home, Frank (almost 8) and Louis (almost 5), I am proud to say H^CK is growing up alongside them – and is now taking a slightly different shape as my time and capacity has shifted.
Our firm remains anchored by deep expertise in communication, creative and technology services, but is now supported by a larger team.
Importantly, we have stayed true to our commitment to never dilute the quality our service team. H^CK remains a collective of senior practitioners and specialists, who can be relied upon for steady (and brave) c-suite counsel. Safe hands and big thinkers, who become a genuine extension of the businesses we support.
H^CK has grown quickly. But in a communications climate that celebrates pace (more than it ever has before) we am pushing back on the temptation to speed up, right now. Moving with careful intent and nurturing relationships is deeply important to us, without exception. Because focus is more powerful than fast, and the bedrock of great work.
A quick note to the H^CK team and fellow company director (and husband) Matthew – who remind me of this every day. Behind every entrepreneur are people dealing with 200 ideas before breakfast, and they always show grace in this pace. PR mornings truly are something else, IYNYN!
